The rack and pinion chain drive lift mechanism allows for quiet operation while maintaining precise travel distance. It provides a wide range of mounting options and requires a maximum of only 2' of space above the ceiling for installation. Available in 15" and 19" travel distance while accommodating openings of up to 42 3/4" wide by 48" deep. Custom travel distances and special sizes available.
