input panel allows you to connect from multiple sources from video
and HD to RGB without the need for a switcher on the front end.
Ideal for conference rooms, A/V presentation systems, broadcast,
videoconferencing, and training facilities, the 50XM3 is also
perfect for control rooms, network operations, CAD/CAM and rental
and staging. Its flexibility can't be beat!
You'll see rich colors and bright images with the 50XM3. Patented
Capsulated Color Filter Technology and AccuCrimson give you the
purest colors possible in a plasma. The Wide XGA resolution at 1365
x 768 provides a true 16 by 9 aspect ratio with progressive scan for
flicker-free images. Sophisticated signal processing with motion
compensated 3-D scan conversion and 3/2 pull down provides smooth,
true-to-life video. Newly developed AccuDevice and MASS technology
deliver jitter-free images and clear stable color for easy reading.
Emphasize key points with a digital zoom that lets you magnify up to
3 times in 64 steps. Depending on your needs, you can use the 50XM3
in portrait or landscape orientation. Its sleek design and unique
cable management system makes it attractive and usable for any
environment.
Yet for all of its sophistication,
the 50XM3 is amazingly easy to operate and maintain. A multi-tiered
on-screen menu system divides everyday functions from one time set
up functions, simplifying operation. Complete RS-232 control allows
you to completely control the monitor via serial communications.
Self-diagnostics keep you informed about possible problems, so
downtime is minimized.

The Altec
Lansing SLS6221 features two ultra-slim satellites with a total of
twelve 1” neodymium micro drivers, with each pair of micro drivers
powered by its own discrete amplifier. From 150 Hz to 20 kHz, the
frequency spectrum is split into three distinct overlapping bands
and fed into micro drivers that are set at a precise distance from
each other. A combination of precise driver spacing and low pass
filters for each pair of drivers delivers a predictable vertical
coverage pattern of 40° – 60° above 1,500 Hz. The end result is a
crisp, high-fidelity, fully intelligible sound that is focused on
the listening area. |

A ported
subwoofer completes the sound with low-frequency, full-throated
bass. Set in a low-resonance wood cabinet for maximum sound with
minimal distortion, the narrow-profile cabinet contains a
long-throw 6.5” (165 mm) woofer designed to reproduce
dynamic audio program material down to 32 Hz. The subwoofer also
contains seven discrete power amplifiers and the line array
circuitry.
