Go-Video Dual-Deck VCRs have always been more than twice as good as
ordinary VCRs. Patented technology allows you to make copies of home
videos at the touch of one button, with better quality and much more
convenience than hooking together two separate VCRs. You'll have twice the
recording and playback capability. You can even watch one tape while
recording in the other deck. Or rewind two tapes at once. (High speed
rewind on both decks!)

Dual-Deck feature. It's called "Commercial Free Copy,"

All you have to do is put a blank tape in both decks. Set timer record to
record your favorite shows. Set the VCR for automatic commercial free
copy. Then come home and watch a commercial-free tape which will be
waiting for you in Deck 2.
What happens is that when your shows get recorded on Deck 1, the
commercials are "marked" electronically. Once all the shows
you've programmed are taped, your Dual-Deck VCR will begin copying the tape to
Deck 2, stopping the copying process during the marked commercial
segments. Instead fast-forwarding during a commercial segment, with this
feature, the commercials won't even be there! You'll definitely want one
